Request for Extension

Any request for an extension of time must be made in writing on the AMS request for extension form. The form should be submitted to:

The Academic Coordinator of AMS, A/Prof Stephen Farish, will then provide advice to the Dean, Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences.

Students should be able to identify any need for an extension some time in advance. Requests for extensions submitted just before the submission date, will only receive brief extensions.

Students should be aware that the Dean will not grant Extensions except in very special circumstances.
