  2. Liquid Sample Manipulation:
    • Dilutions: Standard and Serial
    • Protein Content Assay by Spectrophotometry
    • Preparation of Solutions: Introduction to Concentration Calculations, Stock and Working Solutions
  3. DNA (plasmid) Extraction
  4. Agarose Gel Electrophoresis
  5. Restriction Enzyme Digestion of DNA
  6. Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR)
