BMedSc (Hons)

Students wishing to extend their AMS research, may apply to undertake a third semester (July to November) and complete a longer research report, leading to a BMedSc honours. Students then need to apply for six months leave of absence, in order to commence semester 8 in July of the following year.

Entry requirements and process of application:

1. Students must apply for honours by the final week in Semester 6
2. Project Supervisors must write a letter of support
3. Students must have an average of H2B on the Medical course
4. Students must submit a detailed project proposal for an 18 month project, and satisfy a panel at oral defence

Honours report submission date: Usually the middle of November.
