Important Dates

There are a number of important dates you should be aware of during the AMS year for the submission of documents including; project outlines, progress reports, and the final research report.

Universitas Indonesia Students have their own important dates documentation.

Please note that you may negotiate, to a certain extent, alternative dates with your unit, as long as the duration of AMS is a minimum of 38 weeks. Semester 6 should still start around mid July, and the completion date of semester 7 should not exceed the set date. The ability to negotiate dates is in acknowledgment that some of you may wish to conduct research outside of the set semester timetable. Any alternative arrangement must be confirmed with the project supervisor, unit coordinator, AND the AMS Administrator. Coursework dates established by individual units must be adhered to. Please note that some coursework examinations may be held outside of the AMS semester dates.
